Joining the Shinjimasu Internationaland Hsin Lu Tao family, he once again began to instruct students while continuing his own path of learning.
Additionally, Shihan Pepper’s studies and achievements earned him the appointments of Regional Director and Technical I/C for Shinjimasu International Martial Arts Association in 2004.
An integral part of the Hsin Lu Tao Academy of Martial Arts family unit, Shihan has helped train countless numbers of women and children in the art of self-defense, a teaching that is dear to his heart. For Shihan, the martial arts have taken on a richer, bolder meaning through his membership in Shinjimasu International Martial Arts Association and through his affiliation with Hsin Lu Tao Academy of Martial Arts and, its parent establishment, Hsin Lu International.
In 2006, Shihan was recognized as a 6th Dan by Shinjimasu International Martial Arts Association. At this same time, he was awarded the Silver Lifetime Achievement at the Shinjimasu International Hall of Fame.
